Does smoking even cause throat cancer at a very high rate? I thought it mainly caused lung cancer.
Let's have a fervent argument, mostly over semantics, where we all claim the burden of proof is on the other side!

Spoiler:
Okay, I have to know now. What are the two ahead of this one?

I had them in mind when I was writing that post, but I forgot.

I think they were "shit was so cash" and the slowpoke combo. None of them serve any point.

Exactly. Why this vaccine isn't marketed to males is... beyond my comprehension.

Is there some medical reason? Does it work the same way in males?

As far as I know, no and yes.

Costs less to not vaccinate men I guess.

From a quick read of the CDC website and http://www.thehpvtest.com it seems to be because "HPV" is not a single disease, but rather a broad term for about 40 diseases. The vaccine they give girls protects against the three most common. They have a vaccine for men that protects against two of the types that affect men. No word on whether the one they give to girls would work if given to men. :-/

HPV is warts. If you have ever had a wart on your skin (from plantar to surface wart) you've had a strain of HPV. There are lots of different kinds.

You're right, I was over-general. I mean "Genital HPV".

Oh, sorry. Wasn't trying to correct you, just trying to say what it is.
And yes, these target the genital/anal wart strains.

Foot fetishists get plantar warts on their junk.

The following are memes that I'm aware of.

One can also argue that everything on the internet is a meme, including this sentence.

That being said, I'd definitely go for a HPV vaccine. Herd immunity, FTW. Releasing vaccines to only part of your population just asking for new strains to emerge.

Well, sure. Why do memes need to serve some greater point?

On topic, I thought Gardasil was available for men now. I swear my university is offering the series to guys.

They should at least contribute to the conversation or assist it in some way. Or be relevant or something. If somebody is angry with you on the internet, then a trollface image can say much more than one can articulate with words.

People who smoke are more likely to give BJ's, since they can't taste as well, and besides they're used to sucking on some disgusting thing in their mouth already. ;-)

I propose a study with 2 groups of women.

1 group smokes a pack a day each...the other group gives me and some friends a blowjob every time the first group smokes.

We do this for about 20 years

I need a $5 million grant for this...can anyone help out?

He's right, for accurate testing, the group will have to be about half men, half women :P
Dear xkcd,

On behalf of my religion, I'm sorry so many of us do dumb shit. Please forgive us.

I'll leave the question of accuracy to philosophers.

Snowboarding, and by extension skiing, are dangerous (and thus immoral)? Oh, shit, someone should have told me that before I made a career
