The problem arises as to which timezone to even begin to consider, GMT, UDT, PST, IST, etc. The whole world is watching it unfold in sync.

it's either the server's timezone or UTC (just guessing..) but you'll need a script anyway and then it doesn't matter much.
just check all dates vs all hashes...
