MEGAN! Curses... just when I was trying to sleep.
In a comically tragic turn of events, Addams didn't die. You can help her here.

Does the basement ever end?

Good luck to all the Blitzers out there!

Deadcode predicted that the glimpse of the future would arrive at 71:30, but it actually arrived at 71:00. That makes the rate of acceleration of zooming (not panning, right? zooming?) somewhat more than Deadcode's predictions. Does that change your estimate, or is it too rough an estimate for that to make a difference? I guess that in any case it is a big assumption that the yet to be seen portion of the castle is the same size as what we have seen already. They have been off-screen possibly building for quite a while now.

My estimate could be more or less by about 40 newpix.

Maybe this new image will quell the religious talk for a while? I'm hoping so. I've started missing the hopeful speculation.
Also, damn the fact that there's a major development right before I decide to go to sleep.

Or maybe she trapped herself in. Although, that only works if the world is 2D, not 3D, which the 'infinite' supply of sand suggests.

I am massively relieved that they didn't just abandon the castle....rather, they are continuing to build something bigger and better.

Compared to how this thread started, I'm feeling entirely optimistic.

Megan seems to be working on a huge tower, at least the height of her.

Also, I don't think this new castle is much bigger than the previous one because they didn't have much more time to build it.

I'm surprised we went from Megan and Cueball on a beach to some epic suspense of us waiting 30 minutes for the new update. (to the sandcastle)

I find myself even more intrigued with the development of the newpix. What could be coming? Who will show up? What will the next castle bring? Should we declare pages 63-66 the "dark newpix" and make the sleepers study it like a history class?

Or we could just stay on topic. That's good too.

I have just created an Urban Dictionary definition for newpix. I have no clue about the review process, so there may be a thousand other definition attempts in the queue as well. All Hail Randall, Lord of Time.

After much programming, I've determined that of the 2MB list of words found in all unix systems, the hashes for the filenames directly correlate to none. The only possibility left is that the hashes might be salted, and I don't know how to crack that.

Maybe there's a huge group of people helping the two build.

Oh, that could symbolize how the community of the comic has grown over the years!
Or it could be people at a funeral! Guys, Randall DIED!
/sarcasm

But I was serious about the group of people. That would be cool. All the recurring characters could be working as a team on a sand kingdom. Each could be up to his/her/its usual antics.
