Longtime reader, occasional lurker.

What a fantastic piece of work this is. At 48 frames per day, it's quite possible that this could continue for a very, very long time. If this goes on until the summer, I would not be surprised.

We don't have to wait for it, we could just keep posting for the sake of posting! Though second thoughts, that would probably pretty quickly get us kicked off the boards.

EDIT: Geez, even posting just a snappy one-liner and I can't get the next slot. Definitely too much being added to the thread, but it is a cool thing to experience as well... even if painful, as when I log in after having read to page 53 the day before, and yinz're on page 86...

There were some small differences in "sea" level between frames 1 and 2, frames 3 and 4 and frames 6 and 7. It's not been totally still until now.

By now, it should be obvious Randall is reading this thread and purposefully trolling us. She got "some" in her mouth. Some WHAT?! Sand? Snow? Coffee? Lava?

Wait for it...

Exactly.

Also, the beach being made of coffee is a new idea. If you ground it, you wouldn't really be able to tell much difference between it and sand.

Yessss! It's not sand OR snow! IT'S GROUND COFFEE! Bwhahahaha!

And so a third faction emerges—what shall we call ourselves? Java Java!

It's clearly made of caffeinated sperm. Everything. The lake, the sand. Even the characters. You have no idea how deep this goes.

I don't know how you're producing these pics, but do you have the ability to do them with the black->white pixels in one colour and the white->black pixels in a different colour. It could help to make a pan/zoom more obvious if that happens again.

Good idea.
Lightened ((partially) erased) pixels are now red, darkened ((partially) filled in) pixels blue.
If you don't see any change, well, that's because there were only lightened pixels in this frame.
