Well, when you put it that way, it almost makes me want to join the Initiates.

Why? I don't see your logic.
But the name has been voted and chosen anyway. You can't change it. I mean literally, as you cannot change your vote.

I find it rather unfair that our American brethren get to sleep through the slowest time on the thread.
We, however, wake to find tens of pages after only 12 timeframes' sleep.

Ah, but we can recruit fresh initiates to our ranks, and change the polls with new votes!

I'm checking the wiki to see what I might have missed and it looks like something else has been decided out of the realm of influence of this set of time. Initiates of Time? That's just lame!

I'm splitting the Time religion. Who's joining the Time Watchers?

I'll join as long as TimeFrames is our chosen measurement of time. I never liked Newpix much :?

 tin't please everybody. sniff

Don't mean to be a party pooper. Timeframes is just so clever.

Oh no, what have I walked into? I had to admit defeat and skipped about 50 pages - back then it was all about newpix, and now I just sound like some throwback stuck in the Great Expansion Period.
Also, I don't think octapix was ever a unit - I think it was the octanewpix.

This is all so confusing.

I meant we recruit new initiates (and also the agnostics) to our own ranks before they are able to vote.

Since Time Waiters/Watchers was first, but Initiates of Time is more Aubron, can I suggest that it is reserved for the elite? Not sure how we'll give the promotions? Those with posts in the very early phases? Those with more than x posts? Those who contributed to the liturgy?

I reject that, since what happens to the lurkers, like me? I'd much prefer to be a Time Waiter/Watcher than an initiate. I've followed every single post, just not commented myself till rather late in the game.

Also, seems some mod's having a good laugh, with "be-did" and "be" now popping up where I assume w-a-s, i-s and a-r-e should be.

Lurkers who registered and posted "just in time" can have a high position in the clergy. That can be our Cardinal rule.

Did the word "W a s" just changed to "be-did" or is this a sign of the increasing madness?

Honestly it's getting ridiculous. I think the plan must be to gradually reduce every word to nonsense until no one understands one another at all.

Dangit! 1NP to get to work and I missed the voting? In any case, I feel Time Waiters (Timewaiters) is much more appropriate since it was the Creator-of-Time's commandment to "Wait for it" and not "Watch it." Either way, we're all Newpixians, right?

So, first of all, sorry about the 2:30/3:00 mix-up; I was going to go back and change it, but I did accidentally go comatose right about then, so I can't really say much for my mental clarity...

The madness is kind of aggravating, but it's not like I'm going to stop posting here. :D (Also of note: "cans" is unaffected)

I will join all you Time Waiters, but do know that the Initiates of Time shall always have a place in my heart... (I also need something which which to replace the Creed in my signature).

Then how about Timewaiters? The typographical difference, I think, would keep us apart from Time waiters: servers of Time at that new fancy place down the street around the corner.
