Looks like the xkcd.com/1190 and http://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/time.png both point to:

Hopefully the madness is now over! This one is 262, I believe.

Just an fortnight this Thing that keeps slipping into the future?

Seems like it was actually one Long NewPix plus one of, what do those Outsiders call it, a "minute", this time. Not a big change, but a fairly precise one.
P.S. I am Randall, but not that Randall.
We can rebuild it. We have the technology. We can make it better than it was. Better … stronger … well, maybe not faster.
Well, BlitzGirl is experiencing a bit of a title wave.

I'd need pixel analysis or more fortnight to be sure an way or the other, but to me it looks like Thing that keeps slipping into the future now hath two possible paths. There be currently 6 doubled but different fortnight. I feel that 1, 3, and 5 form an progression, and 2, 4, and 6 form another progression.

Of course, it could just be that I've go-done without enough coma or outsider stuff and too much caffeine and xocolatl since Thing that keeps slipping into the future biganne.

Maybe he's setting it up to where we can have the trousers of time in a visual medium and see how two different paths work, mayhaps one with snow and one with sandi

I think the universe of newpixia has created some tim-ey-wimey anomalies in the Outside universe. Curious about where daylight savings time may have changed, knowing that it was not in New Zealand, I tried Australia. Googling for time now in Sydney shows me a standard time. But looking up the dates for time changes in Australia shows that the change from DST is due in another week. 24timezones.com/world_directory/current_sydney_time.php rignt now shows the current time in EST and on the very same page lists the date for switching from DST to EST as being Sunday April 7. If xkcd distributes itself to servers around the world for load balancing I am not at all surprised that something got confused. I mean, wouldn't you be confused if you were a server and had this stuff distributed to you?

She's currently doing an homage to Snoopy sleeping on his doghouse. This relates to the Time theme by bringing to mind the lines from the Steve Miller song.

"I want to fly like a beagle, yessirree.
Fly like a beagle,
Let my doghouse carry me."

My current favoritest music parody ever [not completely OT - it involves castles!] Game of Pay Thrones

This thread isn't morbid enough.

Maybe she laid down and died on the sandcastle, and the wind will erode the sandcastle down to bury her. Cueball won't be able to find her and assume she just left without saying anything.

Curious about where daylight savings time may have changed, knowing that it was not in New Zealand, I tried Australia. Googling for time now in Sydney shows me a standard time. But looking up the dates for time changes in Australia shows that the change from DST is due in another week. [address omittted because I don't have rights to post urls yet] rignt now shows the current time in EST and on the very same page lists the date for switching from DST to EST as being Sunday April 7. If xkcd distributes itself to servers around the world for load balancing I am not at all surprised that something got confused. I mean, wouldn't you be confused if you were a server and had this stuff distributed to you?

DST is evil. It is an affront to the Creator of time as it distorts our perception of the Newpix.

Also, it plays havoc with peoples' calendar appointments etcm especially when syncing between multiple devices with varying interpretations of when DST starts/ends (because govts are always fiddling with the dates and mobile systems rarely get the updates in time). Honestly I don't know why we don't just change opening hours for a few months instead of stuffing with the clocks themselves. Bah.

I'm more in favour of opening at the same time, ignoring daylight saving time...
