That's a range of 15-42 frames between rises, with an average of 27.5 frames between a change. If Time in the comic is constant, and the tide is rising at a constant rate (e.g. not adjusting for sine curve), the next rise should be somewhere in the range of 325-330.
I established
earlier, Cueball is about 75 pixels tall (originally). Unless I'm mistaken, all the tide adjustments (that you mentioned) have happened during or after the pan, so we're working in new-pixels (about 1.86 original pixels). Assuming Cueball is an average US male (around 176 cm or 5' 9" tall), that makes it so an original pixel = 2.35 cm and a new pixel = 4.36 cm. 5 pixels means the tide has risen around 21.8 cm over the course of the comic. Assuming a fairly normal high tide of a meter or so, over a 6 hour period, if I ignore the characteristics of the sine wave again, I can extrapolate that the entire comic has taken about 1.3 hours for Megan and Cueball.
Now once again, this assumes that time in the comic flows at a constant rate between newpix and that it's a linear tidal pattern, which is likely not the case. Still, it provides some kind of metric for how long it's been going on.
Edit: Hold on, crap. I was looking at high tide from the 0 point, not from low tide. Well, if the tide amplitude was 2m, then the entire comic would be closer to 0.654 hours, or 39 minutes, which seems less likely. Maybe I'm making too many assumptions...
