I'm beginning to think we're going to find out this whole sand-castle-building story has been happening, not on a beach, but on a slowly sinking boat, and Megan and Cueball are merely passing time until their deaths.

I'm new to this forum, and forgive me if this has already been noticed, but have you all noticed that the water level is rising? Since they went for a swim it's definitely gone up.

A sinking boat made out of sand. I'm just not sure how well the boatmakers thought this plan through

He's building in 10 dimensions now. That takes time.

Wait! (for it). I just had an awesome idea. Suppose all castles and flags is made of tiny, vibrating "strings"?

He's mourning the time-on-target barrage that's coming, from the trebuchet, trebuchet-1, trebuchet-2, and trebuchet-4, all targeted at the center. By Megan. How she's going to fire them all to get the time on target effect I don't know.

I will agree with you on this one point: She is definitely going to retrieve the trebuchet to stop this madness.

Megan is back. One arm is not visible, which I assume is holding the line of an elephant. It has to be an elephant. Why would you bring something else?

She returns again; does she carry a tiny trebuchet to assault the castle-top castle?

Given the obvious state of existential angst Cueball is descending into, surely a supersoaker would be more appropriate?

How could I do that mistake??? A long discussion about that was written at the beginning of Time, it's in the Holy Scriptures too! It must have been the Hat, luckily the battle I announced was victorious. Welcome in the clergy, female version of me :)

About the comic: I think Megan just captured a ninja raptor who is pulling a nuke-throwing trebuchet.
And I need a pixel counter, there have been a lot of "thing on the right"-rising lately.

Oh right, I forgot about the script to show the differences between frames, and I created it!

Ugh, marble, the gateway rock... You know, less than a week after I first munched marble, I had already moved onto shooting sand; do you guys have any idea what sand does to your veins? Let me tell you, it's not pretty...

Oh well. At least we still have our sandcastle.

At the rate cueball builds he's passing time till our deaths.

He's building in 10 dimensions now. That takes time.

Wait! (for it). I just had an awesome idea. Suppose all castles and flags are made of tiny, vibrating "strings"?

Not time... just lots and lots of string.

Oh. Holy crap. Only now, as I'm writing this geeky reply did I actually read your last sentence. *sigh* In any case, I see what you did there. :)
Keep bringing us news from the past, smolloy!

Edit: My image looks screwed-up in the post, but fine when I view it alone. Must be Firefox being weird.

Recursion, tiny violins, more water rising...yeesh, the things that happen when I'm not reading this thread.

All that will change, though. I'm officially released from my obligation to go to the educational institution for the whole next week, (I think on Outside calendars its spring - of course, the Outside geographical area I'm in doesn't agree), so as such I will be spending increasing amounts of time viewing this comic and associated thread.

You can't go in that direction. The sand would collapse under it's own weight and end up in space. Where's the f-in' space?????

As far as the hats go, I think it's safe to say that I'm pretty well set. Unless my hat, pre-dating Time itself, needs a hat of its own??

There is no 'f' in 'space'. The closest you get to it is the 's' sound.

Added: Then again, there's no apostrophe in that "it's", either, but you didn't let that stop you.
P.S. I am Randall, but not that Randall.
We can rebuild it. We have the technology. We can make it better than it was. Better … stronger … well, maybe not faster.
Well, BlitzGirl is experiencing a bit of a title wave.
